• If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• Cancellations up to 30 days before the date of arrival: 40 percent of the total price is to be paid.
• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival: 70 percent of the total price is to be paid.
• Very short-term cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival): 90 percent of the total price is to be paid.
• In case of no-show, the entire amount (100 %) will be charged.

Yes! Children are very welcome here in our establishment. When making your request, please tell us the number and age of your accompanying children – we will then put together a particularly favorable offer.

Yes, sufficient parking spaces are available for our guests. No fee!

Yes, we accept cash and card payments (EC card, Visa and Mastercard).

The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

We offer free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.

Our spa area with sauna, new steam bath and relaxation room is available to our guests free of charge on request.

Cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
